Strategy
Product Designers stand at the intersection of quantitative and qualitative data. I provide the best data possible for stakeholders to make informed product decisions.
Framing
I translate strategy into architectural frameworks. Whether it’s low-fi wireframes or high-fi prototypes, the focus remains on solving the core problem, not just the aesthetic. I focus on cross-functional buy-in, ensuring the team is unified on a solution.
Concept Testing
We see what holds water. I test with real live users - because that's who uses our products. Then I synthesize the data with the help of AI - turning a month-long process into a single week.
Develop & Deploy
I'm in lock-step with engineering during development - ensuring that everything we intended for the UX is in development. I'm testing like a QA guy. When it's ready, we push the button.
Measure & Improve
I jump into analytics tools. Are we hitting the goals our org has set out to do? If not, we need to refine further. Iteration and diagnostics help us improve the product over time.

Pixel Perfection stifles progress.
We ship to learn. And as tempting as it is, we don't scope creep. We define things early and we commit to shipping. When we put products in the real world, we find out what's working and what isn't - no more assumptions. Just validated learnings coming in from a real product.
If everything's important, nothing is.
No unnecessary eye candy, and no trying to boil the ocean by upselling every small thing on the page. Less is more. Highlight what primary action the user needs to take during that touchpoint and nothing else. Don't make them think.
Product Design is a team sport.
We respect the designer as a subject matter expert. But as good UX Researchers, we recognize that great design ideas can come from anywhere; Engineers, QA, Marketing, Sales and more. Everyone has a voice and it's our job to consider that input with organizational and user expectations.
